Does the clinic accept MSP, Worksafe and ICBC claims?
Yes, we accept approved MSP, Worksafe and ICBC claims.
Do I need a Physician's referral to receive treatment?
A referral from a physician is not required for treatment. However, it may be required from an insurance provider when submitting a claim. Thus, we recommend checking with your respective insurance provider prior to booking.
Is there any cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations with our health care practitioners. Failure to do so, will result in a cancellation fee.
What do I need to do for my first visit?
Please arrive 10 mins prior to your scheduled appointment to check in and fill out intake forms. Please bring your personal health number, extended health care insurance, claim number (Worksafe or ICBC patients), and comfortable clothing.
