Gagan Bains - Physiotherapist

Gagan obtained his Physiotherapy degree from Rajiv Gandhi University. Gagan employs a hands-on approach to manual therapy, incorporating techniques such as soft tissue release, joint mobilizations, METs, and others. Furthermore, he develops customized exercise programs that prioritize a client-centric approach throughout the treatment and discharge process.Additionally, Gagan is trained in IMS (dry needling).
He has extensive experience working with individuals of all age groups, from geriatrics to paediatrics, affected by various conditions, including work-related injuries, orthopaedic pathologies, sports injuries, motor vehicle accidents, post-operative care, intensive care, biomechanical issues, TMJ (Jaw ) issues and others.
His university basketball experience provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the human body, injuries, biomechanics, and pain firsthand.
In his leisure time, Gagan engages in travel, immersing himself in nature, listening to music, and most importantly spending quality time with his family. He also harbours a passion for gardening and remains informed about technological advancements.
